Why is Breakfast The Most Important Meal Of The Day

I Think breakfast is the most important meal of the day because...

  • It starts off your day
  • If you don't eat it you can't work as well as you could if you had breakfast
  • A good breakfast with the 5 food categories can prevent cancer, diabetes, etc.
  • Your muscles will build up
  • You would do better in school
  • You feel better physically
