MY WELLNESS WHEEL
A) I think my wellness wheel is fairly balanced cause it's all around the same section, in 3 and 4.
B) I'm best at the spiritual section of my wheel. I think that this is true, because i spend a lot of time just thinking of what i appreciate and I love nature very much.
C) My worst section is physical, but I still believe that I do it well just that the other ones are higher. But I definately think that I could do better so I think I agree with my wheel.
D) I would like to improve more on physical because it seems I'm not being very physical after school and that needs to change.

THE BENEFITS OF PHYSICAL FITNESS
1. One benefit of excersise I felt is feeling good about myself because I'm the type of person that criticise myself a lot, and one of them is how fat I am even though I'm not but that's just how mean I am to myself, so fitness helps me feel better about myself
2. I would like to improve at the benefit of exercise, what I mean by this is I want to improve on benefitting from exercise, cause I feel that sometimes I take it for granted.
3.Yes and know because some weeks I get a lot of exercise and others I get really little. So it really depends how busy my schedule is. So on average I do believe I get enough exercise because there is more days were I do exercise than the ones I don't.
4. A goal that I have is to get exercise five times a week, and a way I can do this is join it with another goal i have which is to take breaks to refresh my brain. So what I'll do is when I take my break is maybe go on my bike and ride through town.
5. One way which is very obvious is your physical because it helps you stay fit and exercise helps you physically. Another way is socially because they say that exercise helps you sleep, and if you get a good nights rest you'll be happy in the morning and enjoy life and friends. One other way is the physiological way because exercise helps you get all the bad stuff out of your head, in fact every time I'm mad at myself or life or just not ok I exercise and get all of my negative energy out.
