1. I have learned that there are three different types of fats, saturated fats, trans fats and polyunsaturated fats. POLYUNSATURATED fats are mostly olive oil, nuts, and so on. Saturated fats are normally meats. And trans fats are fats made by humans [bad fats].

2. A healthy human takes in 6 teaspoons of sugar per day for a girl and 9 teaspoons of sugar per day for a boy. Now a days the average american takes 50 teaspoons of sugar per day [girl and boy]. In the last 45 years the amount of diabetes 2 has increased by 45%. There are 2 types of sugars, natural healthy sugars coming from fruits and vegetables etc. And then there is the unhealthy sugars that are in chips and other unhealthy/manmade foods.

3.I believe that my snack was healthy because is purely fruit, meaning that yes it does have a lot of sugar but all the sugar is good and natural. The only thing that people could argue is that the orange juice put into it is from a box and has bad sugar, but the orange juice in my fruit salad is from real oranges, I would know since I made it myself.

4. No, because I don't need to. My parents are completely against any junk food, so after school when I get back from school there is always a bowl of apples, strawberries and sometimes some other fruit.

5. I think that food helps us socialize more, Eating together is not something we think about so yes eating is meant to be eaten with others. Its also beneficial to eat with others because its been proven that if you eat by yourself you tend to eat faster so your body doesn't really have time to tell you when your full, but when your with other people you eat slower and socialize giving your body time to tell you that your full.
